California Man who Attacked Bar Patron over his MAGA Hat Faces 4 Years in Prison

A California man who attacked a MAGA hat-wearing bar patron now faces four years in prison. Rather than being rare and isolated, such incidents are occurring all over the country and with increased intensity.

Consider the 34-year-old man who was arrested in New Hampshire last Thursday after attacking a 15-year-old Trump supporter and two other adults at a polling site.

Fox News reported that Windham Police arrested Patrick Brader and charged him with disorderly conduct and simple assault. The mother of the youth attacked had this to say, “My son was standing outside on the sidewalk and he said, ‘have a nice night,’ … But it triggered this man. He said ‘f— you’ to him and wound up his hand as fast as he could and slapped him across the face.”

Less than a week earlier, a yet to be named 27-year-old assailant rammed a vehicle through a tent where a group of Republican volunteers stood. According to News 4 Jax, that man is “accused of two counts of aggravated assault on a person over 65 years old, criminal mischief and driving without a license.”

A few days before that an investigation was launched into a man at Arizona State University for “screaming on camera about wanting to kill Republicans.”
