CA Homeowner Refuses to Sell her Home to Trump Supporters

If you think the animosity toward President Trump has gone a little too far, wait until you hear about the latest round of backlash his supporters are receiving. In Sacramento, California, Trump supporters may have a difficult time even buying a house because of the way they voted.

Why, you may ask? It’s because one anti-Trump homeowner in Sacramento refuses to sell her home to anyone who voted or supports President Trump. And how will she find out about the way people voted, you may wonder? She expects Realtors who show the home to actually ask potential buyers who tour the property, which has been in the homeowner’s family since the 1960s, how they voted in the 2016 election.

Whoa, not so fast, according to legal counsel. At least one attorney has stated that the homeowner’s attempts have no legal standing. In short, what’s she’s attempting to do is not permissible from a legal standpoint and in fact violates the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

To find out more, and find out why the homeowner in Sacramento is not going to gain much traction with her bogus attempts to cut Trump supporters out of the American dream of homeownership, watch the video explaining the whole ridiculous story. It includes unbelievable clips of the homeowner expressing her resentment toward Trump and further explaining why she’d go to such great lengths to punish Trump supporters.
