BREAKING: Alec Baldwin Charged with Manslaughter

Whoa! We did not see that coming. If anyone had offered you a bet on whether Alec Baldwin would ever be criminally charged for shooting that poor lady to death on a movie set, would you have taken it? We probably would have. We didn’t think there was any way that the corrupt justice system in America would ever inconvenience an important Hollywood liberal with something as trivial as MURDER CHARGES.

But the announcement has been made. Baldwin is going to be charged with involuntary manslaughter after he shot and killed assistant director Helena Hutchins and wounded the director of the film that he was working on.

Anyone who knows about firearms could tell you that Baldwin deliberately pulled the trigger. Modern firearms – including ones made up to look like old-timey guns in the movies – don’t go off until you pull the trigger. You can’t drop the gun or kick it around or do anything else to it that will ever make the trigger pull. The person handling the gun has to pull the trigger. Period.

Which is why we knew Alec Baldwin was full of BS from the very start, when he was claiming that the gun just went off (before his story changed again and again). What surprises us is that he’s now being criminally charged for it.

Did the movie studio not throw around enough bribes in New Mexico, where the killing took place? Here’s the latest update on Alec Baldwin being charged with involuntary manslaughter…

  1. The liberal POS, SCUMBAG should be charged with negligent Homicide at the very least instead of involuntary manslaughter. Without a doubt, a working joe would get the book thrown at him/her & be in jail awaiting trial.
    The pompous coward Baldwin needs to be convicted & serve the same sentence anyone else would. ( not a light, reduced or pay under the table one) The POS is NOT above the law. He KILLED an innocent Human being.

  2. All guns used in movies can easily be duplicated or altered to be completely safe on the set of motion pictures production. I’m still not convinced that this “accident ” was not really a premeditated murder to look like an accident. They were using a completely functional firearm, and there was live ammunition for that firearm in possession of people involved with the set of producing this movie. Its a fact that Baldwin knew this firearm was functional. They were out shooting it prior to this accident! At the very least, the criminal charge for this incident should be negligent homicide, and should be imposed on every person involved with this completely firearm being used on the set!
    I am thoroughly convinced this “accident ” was actually a conspiracy to murder!

  3. Really, murder? Involuntary manslaughter is gross negligent conduct that leads to death. Murder is intentional slaying. A might bit of difference.
    Another question is Baldwin’s knowledge of safe gun handling. A cop or soldier or target shooter knows to always check to see if the gun is loaded. Here, the gun was supposed to be loaded but with blanks. The movie armorer was responsible for that. He or she was arguably grossly negligent. But, Baldwin? Was he an experienced soldier or marine who had gun handling drummed into his head by multiple sergeants and range masters? Or was he just an actor who only knew how to point and pull the trigger. By the way, most experienced shooter have had a gun off unintentionally. That is why a cardinal rule is to keep the muzzle up and down range. But here, his job was to point the gun in the direction of another actor or even the camera and then fire a blank.

    1. I would tend to agree with your philosophy if;
      1. The people who were shot were the actors who were supposed to be shot in the script.
      2. The shooting took place in a take of the script at the time those intended to be shot in the script were shot.
      3. If they hadn’t been out practicing with live ammunition before the so-called accident took place.
      4. If it was the camera man that got shot.
