With even leftists admitting that the prosecutors have effectively LOST their case against Donald Trump in the sham “hush money” trial, the incredibly corrupt judge just did something more befitting of the Soviet Union, than of the United States of America!
Judge Juan Merchan – the man whose daughter has been paid millions of dollars by the Democrats – delivered a set of unprecedented instructions to the jurors to make it EASIER for Trump to be convicted.
Under normal circumstances a jury would have to unanimously agree that prosecutors proved beyond a reasonable doubt that the felony crime in question was committed by the defendant.
That means that in order to find Trump guilty, the entire jury would have to agree that Trump committed a specific crime.
But per usual, these are not normal circumstances.
Merchan told the jury that if they thought Trump was guilty of ANY one of the three crimes – even if they didn’t agree on which one – he would accept it as a unanimous guilty verdict.
The three crimes in question are:
- Violations of federal election law
- The falsification of business records
- Tax violations
This crook of a judge is working overtime to try and put Trump behind bars, even if it means exposing himself and the Democrats as modern-day Marxists that resemble Stalin and his pals from the Soviet Union!
