Bill Maher Doubles Down on Hopes for Recession to Get Rid of Trump

You may have actually heard about this. On his own show, Bill Maher made it clear that he wants a recession in this country, and he wants it now. Considering he broadcast it himself, mainstream media wasn’t exactly able to keep this comment in the dark.

He’s a rich liberal elitist, he doesn’t care how many people have to be hurt in the process. He doesn’t care if people lose their jobs, homes, savings, self worth. All that matters to him is getting the bad orange man out of office.

But, we shouldn’t downplay Maher. He has some indefensible beliefs, but he isn’t an idiot. If nothing else, his comments on the recession are a shrewd admission. He does not believe that Democrats can win 2020 unless the economy takes a dump. He’s probably right.

President Trump’s economy has been downright amazing by every metric we can analyze. And, it’s been amazing in the midst of an all-out trade war with the second-largest economy in the world. The fact that we’re creating jobs, improving manufacturing, growing wages and accelerating GDP growth in this trade war is hard to grasp.

So, Bill Maher is kind of right. Only catastrophe could convince a rational American to vote for anyone other than President Trump. If you’re a rabid leftist, economic crash is your greatest dream. Then again, only a monster would want to see Americans suffer so we could replace a successful President with a socialist.

Remember that when you watch this video. After that, we should probably cancel Bill Maher.
