Bill Maher Blames President Trump for Pandemic, Rep Dan Crenshaw Destroys Him with FACTS

Republican Congressman of Texas Dan Crenshaw absolutely crushed HBO’s “Real Time” host Bill Maher in a debate over the President’s actions during the coronavirus outbreak.

Maher started things rolling when he pressed Rep. Crenshaw to defend supporting President Trump for what Maher called “pass-the-buck, lie, finger-point, and shirk-responsibility” tendencies.

Crenshaw responded by saying GOP lawmakers are often asked by the media to defend their support of the President where the question is worded in such a way to get them to say how “they feel about him.”

The former Navy Seal assured Maher that he does not defend Trump’s “style” but that isn’t the real issue. To clarify the issue, he asked Maher a very poignant question:

“Is the goal to make Trump look bad or is the goal to get to the truth? Because there are two separate sets of answers for that.”

BAM!

Maher must have sensed he’d lost points there because he swerved from the issue of style to what he claimed to be facts the President ignored. The ‘Real Time’ host referred to reports that Trump “was warned by various aides about the severity of the coronavirus outbreak weeks before it became a global crisis.”

After challenging every one of Maher’s assertions, Crenshaw added, “Your criticism … [is] not connected to the actions that were actually taken.”

BAM! BAM!

Watch the rest of the interview between Rep Crenshaw and Bill Maher. He defeats Maher on EVERY point. Enjoy!
