Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg tried to defend Joe Biden in the most hilarious way possible – claiming that Joe has not gotten enough “credit” for America’s “historic economy.”
Buttigieg appeared on ABC’s “This Week” to try and spread a bit of pro-Biden propaganda on the leftist network that was more than happy to aid him in doing so.
Host George Stephanopoulos lobbed Buttigieg a soft-ball question about recent polling and its impact on the election.
“Our new poll shows that Donald Trump has the edge on critical issues like the economy, inflation, and crime. How do you explain that? How do you turn it around?”
Buttigieg responded by saying that he’s “one of those who believes that President Biden deserves more credit for the historic economic results that he’s delivered,” Buttigieg replied.
“Credit doesn’t accrue unless you go out and take credit and explain how these things were achieved. That’s one of the reasons why I’m so energized by the President’s State of the Union address,” Buttigieg continued.
I, for one, tend to agree with him. Joe Biden does need more “credit” for the current state of the American economy.
Thanks to Joe’s policies, more Americans than ever before have fallen into poverty, with less cash to spend than ever before in history.
A record number of Americans have been forced to tap into their retirement savings to pay for financial emergencies and consumer prices continue to rise faster than expected.
Under Joe Biden’s economy, things have only gotten worse for the average working class family – and the Democrats have been gaslighting people into believing this is not the case.
So yes, Joe Biden does need more “credit” for this HORRIBLE economy because the media has been too soft on him when you take into account exactly how bad things have gotten with him at the helm.
