Biden claimed that everyone during his visit to Queens’ post-storm damage was cheering him and thanking him. Footage from moments earlier proves otherwise.
The raw footage shows Biden talking with officers as neighbors yelled obscenities over his failures in leaving Americans in Afghanistan.
“You leave Americans behind,” one person shouted.
Yet Biden either didn’t hear the voices or simply ignored them. Based on how low some of the hecklers shouted, it’s hard to believe Biden missed their clearly-delivered messages.
The strong words presented a strong contrast with the flowery remarks the president made during his trip. He spoke about how kind the people of the area were, and how no one was against him.
If only the words were true. Like much of Biden’s talk lately, it doesn’t seem to count for much. Leaving Americans in Afghanistan, extending government overreach with new vaccine requirements and don’t forget “building back better,” all seem to be problem Biden creates and then moves on without answering questions.
