Socialist Senator Bernie Sanders is no stranger to the Democrats’ rigged elections – having been on the wrong side of them both in 2016 and 2020 when the left-wing political establishment CHEATED to stop him from winning the primary.
Now even he is exposing the dirty lengths the party is willing to go to in order to keep their desired officials in power.
During an interview with comedian podcaster Theo Von, Sanders reveled the truth about the Democrat establishment’s history of cheating.
Von asked him if there was ever a chance that he was going to get the nomination after Biden dropped out.
Sanders suggested that if what they did to him in 2016 and 2020 were any indication, the Democrats would have never let that happen.
The Vermont Senator said that Democratic party elite conspired against him to derail his presidential bids. Specifically referring to 2020, he said “What happens is I won the popular vote in Iowa. I won the New Hampshire primary. I won the Nevada primary.”
Sanders continued, “The establishment got very, very nervous. There were a whole lot of candidates in the Democratic primary, and they said, ‘Hey, it’d be a good idea if you all dropped out, let Joe Biden be the one candidate.’”
This was done to ensure the establishment favorite – Joe Biden – would become the nominee over Sanders, who they don’t like simply because his status as an open socialist makes him basically unelectable. They prefer their candidates to be closet-socialists, more along the lines of Barack Obama and Kamala Harris.
But if the party has REPEATEDLY rigged their own primaries, you’d have to be a fool to think they wouldn’t rig the general elections to make sure the candidate they chose emerges victorious.
They did it in 2020 and they plan to do it again in 2024 with the candidate they installed without even pretending that their voters ever had a choice.
