ABC’s “The View” is home to some of the most radical-left-wing anti-Trump rhetoric you’ll find on TV, so much so that we usually just ignore the nonsense they say because we’re so desensitized to it.
But, in this case, one of their hosts accidentally revealed that she supports one of President Donald Trump’s policies… and the producers had no clue what to do.
Whoopi Goldberg caught her colleagues, and all 15 people who actually watch The View, off-guard by saying that it might actually be a “good thing” to dismantle the Department of Education, which Trump has said he wants to do.
“Maybe some of what’s happening, like, you know, they’re trying to take apart the Department of Education,” she said.
“Maybe that is a good thing,” Goldberg continued, “Because maybe it will force us to make sure that our kids actually get what they need. Maybe it’ll force us to go to our state and say, ‘Listen, I want to make sure, since you’re taking all this money from my taxes, I want to make sure that my kids get exactly what they need. I don’t have to wait for the government to do it.‘”
Wow… look at that, are liberals finally realizing bigger government doesn’t mean a better government? The very principle of the Republican Party???
I guess better late than never Whoopi!
As Goldberg continued praising Trump’s plan, the producers – probably screaming frantically in the back room – suddenly decided to cut to commercial just to get her to stop giving President Trump any good press.
Even the most far-left of liberals like Whoopi Goldberg are apparently now coming around on Trump!
