You’re going to watch a video in a minute. It is touching and inspiring. Before you get to it, it’s important that you are reminded of a few important things. First, President Trump and anyone who dares support him on any level is repeatedly berated by left-wing media. We are all called evil, sexist, racist, xenophobic bigots who support the murder of children. In fact, this was recently on a public school English test (another great video you should watch).
For the moment, we’ll put aside the unforgivable irony of anyone on the left accusing anyone else of supporting child murder. The rhetoric has been consistently increased over the last two years. Every prominent Democrat has supported some version of the claim that leftists need to openly harass and physically attack anyone they find on the right. They haven’t just made excuses for the domestic terrorist group known as Antifa; they openly support those criminals.
As this has continued, Republicans and leaders on the right have consistently stuck to the narrative that leftists aren’t evil, they just have bad ideas. We credit them with good intentions even while they run every last one of us through the mud on a regular basis. Meanwhile, their great leader suggests that civility can only exist when Democrats are in control of everything.
You already know that this entire line of thought is completely without factual support. The party of tolerance is clearly the one often colored red, and that brings us back to this video. While Maxine Waters called her base to violence, this is what happened at a recent Trump rally. Take a look.
