Award Panel Ignores Gruesome War Record to Give Obama Humanitarian Award

Do you remember why we invaded Iraq? The left certainly doesn’t. In the months leading up to that decision, Saddam Hussein repeatedly denied weapons inspectors access to facilities that were believed to house scud missiles and developing weapons of mass destruction. Those repeated denials had even the UN contemplating military action. With the approval of Congress, Bush ok’d a multi-national coalition that deposed Saddam Hussein.

The left will tell you that it was an illegal invasion that was designed to secure oil and finance the “war machine economy.” They’ll also try to tell you that no weapons were ever found. They’ll tell you that lie even though Iraq fired more than a dozen of the illegal scuds at our forces. They’ll also conveniently forget that even the New York Times reported on about 5,000 chemical warheads that were found in the campaign.

All of this is an effort to paint Bush as a war criminal for fulfilling his duties as the leader of our nation and the world. They also have to keep this narrative to keep you from noticing how bad Obama was. Bush invaded two countries. Obama started wars with five. All of them were without congressional or international support, and in the end many thousands died as a direct result of Obama’s unilateral decisions. Which President was the war criminal?

Well, if you ask a leftist, they’ll still say Obama was a humanitarian and a saint. In fact, he just won an award for it. Watch this video and see how they continue to praise Obama. Soak in the hypocrisy and criminality, and when you’re done, think long and hard about what you plan to do this November.
