Apple CEO Tim Cook says America has Strongest Economy in the World

Investor’s Business Daily recently released a survey of how the mainstream media covers President Trump. The survey shows that 92% of the coverage of Trump is negative and his greatest accomplishment – the roaring economy – gets almost no coverage at all.

A reporter observed of the survey, “Over the summer, the broadcast networks have continued to pound Donald Trump and his team with the most hostile coverage of a president in TV news history — 92% negative, vs. just 8% positive.”

Not only is the coverage of Trump negative, it’s highly selective. Over two-thirds came from just give topics: the Russian investigation, the Bret Kavanaugh nomination, North Korea, Immigration, and U.S.-Russia relations.

In the four months that the Media Research Center monitored network television, the economy only appeared in less than 1% of the news.

The third quarter of 2019 showed a growth of 4.2% GDP, an overall unemployment rate of 3.7%, and positive growth in almost every metric of the economy.

With all the positive things to say about the economy the media instead is fixated on Trump’s 40% approval rating while it is silent about Congress with its 11% approval rating. Meanwhile Tim Cook of Apple applauds Trump for making job growth in America possible.
