A radical left-wing federal judge has put a complete HALT on President Donald Trump’s plans to deport more than 530,000 illegal aliens who President Joe Biden brought to America in an incredibly illegal way.
The migrants in question are all from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, or Venezuela and came here using an application which the Biden admin designed to help get illegals into the country faster, the CBP One app.
Migrants who came through this app were virtually guaranteed to be granted entry into the U.S. based on a special parole program which Biden created out of thin air – despite the fact these people were not assessed as threats and they weren’t even required to use real IDs when applying.
Needless to say, the entire thing was a massive disaster which put the American people in danger.
For that reason, President Trump is trying to fix it by sending these people back where they came from, but another liberal activist masquerading as a judge has activated to keep these future Democrat voters in the country.
The Judge’s name is Indira Talwani and she was – of course – nominated by President Barack Obama.
According to this judge, although Biden may have let these people into the country en masse, Trump cannot legally mass deport them.
Judge Talwani argues that if Trump hopes to rid the country of these dangerous illegals, he can only do so ONE AT A TIME after a lengthy evaluation process.
I’m not sure who these judges are working for… but it’s certainly not the American people!
