Vivek Ramaswamy’s big mouth opened a rift between Donald Trump’s voter base and the phony tech oligarchs who are trying to cozy up to the new administration. Over the holiday break, Ramaswamy insulted American culture and claimed that we exalt mediocrity. That’s why, according to Ramaswamy, American companies will just have to keep importing a gazillion of his relatives from India to replace us.

When Americans skewered Ramaswamy furiously on Twitter for having missed the entire point of the Trump movement, Elon Musk then went berserk. He called MAGA voters racists and retards, and threatened to start a war to kill all of us if he can’t have his precious H-1B visa workers.
It’s hard to picture either one of these guys lasting much longer in the Trump administration, which hasn’t even technically begun yet.
Yes, everyone in the MAGA movement understands that illegal immigration is bad. It undercuts American wages, drives up the cost of living, and clogs our hospitals and schools.
But LEGAL immigration is just as big a problem, if not bigger. It is inexcusable and evil for companies to bring in foreign workers and then force Americans to train their replacements. All legal and illegal immigration needs to be halted for years so that America can sort out who we are as a country.
