All the Times CNN Used the Ethnic Slur “Fredo” to Describe Trump and His Family

CNN Chris Cuomo anchor was caught on video recently when a heckler called him “Fredo” – a term both used as a racial slur for Italians.

In a video clip of the argument you see the CNN talking head angrily yelling at a man, “Punk-ass bitches from the right call me Fredo. My name is Chris Cuomo. I’m an anchor on CNN. Fredo is from ‘The Godfather.’ He was a weak brother. And they’re using it as an Italian aspersion.”

Cuomo complained, “It’s like the N-word for us.”

Katrina Pierson, a Trump campaign aide, blasted Cuomo for his comparison of the term Fredo to the n-word used for blacks who “endured years of oppression.”

Donald Trump Jr. added with his Tweet: “Hey @ChrisCuomo, take it from me, ‘Fredo’ isn’t the N-word for Italians, it just means you’re the dumb brother.”

Watch the video and see why the President’s oldest son should know. See how many times CNN used the supposed ethnic slur “Fredo” in segments about Don Jr. and the Trump family.

It doesn’t make sense to in one instance say it’s a slur that is equated with “the N word” but then use it freely to slur the Trump family on the network. Seems a bit like a double standard coming from CNN and Chris Cuomo.

Me thinks he doth protest too much.
