Does anyone actually like Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA)? Sure, he gets re-elected again and again, but we all kind of assume it’s lazy voting. People get into the booth, see a bunch of names and then pick the one they recognize. We all know it happens. But does anyone actually like the man? It’s hard to imagine.
Schiff is the guy who spent more than two years telling the world that he had inside knowledge that proved President Trump conspired with Russia to corrupt our elections. As of yet, no human being on the planet has seen this evidence.
He also spent the past several months working as an anti-Trump activist in Congress. He was one of the vilest people in the chambers when they went through the impeachment inquiry. Everything the man says is a combination of lies and manipulation, and still, he gets re-elected.
At the risk of premature hope, there’s a chance we might not have to endure Schiff anymore. In a recent interview, celebrity Dr. Drew Pinsky said that he feels compelled to run for Congress. He would be running in Schiff’s district.
Dr. Drew as he’s affectionately called is the addiction doctor that’s been featured on shows like Celebrity Rehab and Teen Mom. He also hosted the syndicated radio show Loveline for 32 years.
Considering nobody actually likes Schiff and he wins elections on simple name recognition, this could actually be bad for him. In this video, you can see Schiff’s reaction. He won’t admit it, but the keen observer can see that he’s shaking in his boots.
