From the very start of his second term, President Donald Trump has been pushing for the Democrat Mayor of Washington, D.C., Muriel Bowser, to get the crime-plagued city under control. Perhaps she thought he was bluffing???
As a result of her inaction, and a recent string of notably violent crime – including an attack on DOGE legend “Big Balls” (Edward Coristine) – President Trump stepped in to federalize the city’s police force to make the city safer for everyone.
Now Democrats are somehow claiming that what President Trump is doing is “racist.”
Rep. James Clyburn (D-SC) went on MSNBC to claim that Trump’s much-needed D.C. cleanup is “Jim Crow 2.0.”
Congressman Clyburn said, “You may recall, at the Democratic Convention, I spoke one evening and I said that Project 2025 is Jim Crow 2.0… I can tell you, right now, exactly what is going to happen in so many of these instances, because it’s all right there. If you look in the history books, you see it.”
I guess Clyburn would prefer the President just continue to allow people to be killed, assaulted, raped and robbed in our nation’s capitol?
For some reason Democrats LOVE the cities they run to be crime-infested hell-holes. New York City…Chicago…Los Angeles…Washington D.C.
Meanwhile, the chair of the Washington police union, Greg Pemberton, has praised President Trump for taking a bold step to fix the city. “We stand with the President in recognizing that Washington, DC, cannot continue on this trajectory,” he said in a statement. ”Crime is out of control, and our officers are stretched beyond their limits.”
