Far-left ‘news’ anchor Don Lemon has said some pretty ridiculous things during his career in media, but this claim is up there with the most outrageous he’s ever made and even the liberal audience he was speaking in front of seemed to think so.
Speaking with Stephen Colbert on his fledgling late night show, Lemon was asked about the recent regime change at CNN which has seen the network become ‘somewhat’ less liberal.
Lemon hysterically responds by saying that the network – which has railed against Donald Trump and his supporters for the last 6+ years – was “never liberal.”
The anchor then goes on to claim that CNN is just focused on “good journalism” rather than partisan messaging as their dismal ratings force them into reeling back some of the more flagrant left-wing takes in the hopes of recapturing the moderate viewers they have pushed away in recent years.
CNN’s ratings actually got so bad that they fired or demoted a good majority of their primetime anchors in an effort to make it look like they were cleaning house. Among that group was Lemon, who was booted to a less desirable time slot after being a major contributor to CNN’s far-left rhetoric.
The fact that he would even try to claim the network was never liberal is a complete and utter joke.

And CNN gaslights their audience constantly and this is why they were never a news outlet.

Lemon is absolutely delusional. Does lemon have some kind of illness. I Understand they have even fired Shephard Smith who seems to talk the same kind of nonsense as well. These talking heads all talk with the same smooth swaggering talk as Obama as if they are cast from the same mold. & Many are stupid enough to listen to those idiots
