The Inflation Reduction Act, which the White House has been falsely claiming is some sort of magical solution to skyrocketing prices, appears to be infuriating a number of America’s closest allies who are suggesting Biden’s massive spending package is hurting their economies and may even be illegal.
The massive $800 billion dollar package devotes nearly half of that to “climate and energy” stimulus for U.S. based companies.
European leaders are furious over this, saying that Biden’s subsidies are making it impossible for their own energy companies to compete and is sending energy prices overseas even higher than they would normally be.
In fact, these countries are alleging that the U.S. government is in direct violation of international trade rules by offering American corporations these tax credits.
While the Democrats claim to be climate conscious, the E.U. is further noting that the horrible policy actually has a detrimental impact on the economy.
Biden’s package is not just making enemies in Europe, however, with Asian allies like Japan and South Korea expressing concern over how this will wreak havoc on their car industries.
These countries are now demanding that Biden and his regime make serious changes to the Inflation Reduction Act in order to bring it in line with international law.

Improving our environment by reducing dependency on fossil fuels is a good goal, but it has to be achieved without destroying the economy in the process, or wasting taxpayer dollars on projects that never come to fruition. Mr. Obama’s Solyndra fiasco comes to mind. His “green energy” plans cost the taxpayers over two billion dollars, and resulted in no reduction of fossil fuel use. Our present battery technology is quite dense, but also quite unstable, so many of these batteries are nothing more than unexploded bombs. What we need are small, reliable, and safe nuclear reactors scattered around our countryside. Thorium reactors can provide such a solution. Presently, we have about 7,300 power plants around this country, each serving an average of 20,000 homes and businesses. A standard uranium-based reactor takes up about 1,600 acres of land to operate safely, has two reactors (because one is usually down for maintenance), and puts out 1,200 MW per reactor, with one usually running. A molten salt thorium reactor puts out 100 MW, but only requires an area about the size of a football field, or 1.32 acres of land. Putting thorium reactors in the same space as uranium reactors would generate about 121,200 MW of power. Since thorium molten salt reactors cannot melt down, don’t need massive cooling towers, and generate nuclear waste with a half-life of about 70 years, they are the safest form of nuclear power we could use. China and India are working on this technology, so why is it we are not?

Why do we need to reduce dependency on fossil fuels? We have enough fossil fuel to last for at least a thousand years. Carbon dioxide is not a pollutant. Plants use it to produce oxygen. If we want more oxygen we need to plant more trees.
Because there is nobody at the helm of this great nation. So yea if it don’t put money back into the Drats hands then it don’t get explored as far as they are concerned its useless.

I’d never thought I’d be agreeing with a European politician. The only consolation for me is it’s for a different reason. I hate to waste our National Wealth on a boondoggle.
If you look at what all this money and the plans for it will do in terms of the climate, according the best predictions it would reduce temperature (which isn’t a good measure , by the way) by an infinitesimal amount. Like .0001 degrees by 2050. Its stupid. Companies will produce where its cheapest. Raising their taxes and then giving them money to create in the US is ignorant. They will build some monument to bidenomics in the US and continue to produce in china…They will built it with our money…it will cost them nothing…Its like the gov. putting charging stations everywhere. There is nothing that would make Soros, Biden, Obama happier than collapsing the American economy and future AND that of our European and other world allies. Their corruption and sickness is deep. The more they destroy, the happier they’ll be.
After watching the video re European leaders valid concerns (they actually CARE if their citizens freeze to death this winter, compared to Biden re Americans), I suspect if Biden was out and Trump came into that meeting instead, they’d probably give a standing ovation of relief. Even the President of San Salvador came on a US news program and kept voicing concerns about Biden Administration and how they have to be purposefully trying to destroy America, which negatively affects the world.
