OSHA Temporarily Suspends Biden’s Vaccine Mandate for Businesses with over 100 People

President Joe Biden’s vaccination mandate on businesses with 100 employees or more has been put on hold after the courts issued a stay on the order as litigation and appeals remain underway. ‘National Report’ on Newsmax shares the detail in their latest report.

The current plan looks like the legal challenges will extend beyond Jan. 4, 2022, the scheduled deadline for the vaccine mandate. Instead of being flat out embarrassed and defeated, OSHA has suspended its deadline until the court decision is made.

But here’s the good part. Even if the court challenges go the way OSHA wants, there are so many variations of lawsuits coming against this policy now that it could be 2024 before they are all completed.

What looks like a temporary change for OSHA may signal the beginning of the end for the large employer vaccine mandate. But that doesn’t mean the mandate battle will end. Americans will still face challenges in schools, as well as in the medical field and in any city, state or federally funded job position.

The battle is on and it’s not going away, but it’s nice to get some good news for those fighting for freedom from vaccine mandate tyranny. Check out the full report now at Newsmax.

  1. Those who want the shots should get them. Those that don’t are on their own. The only reason Biden is pushing this is he wants to achieve one goal. Any body that would leave an unchecked border open shows what he really thinks. He has pretty well screwed up every thing else.

  2. Fuck You Joe Biden, I Won’t kneel or bow to any Son Of A Bitch. Take your mandates and shove them up your ass because I will not Yield and I will NOT Comply.

  3. FJB. The mandate was & Is illegal under the Constitution, Nuremberg Code & International criminal Law.
OSHA has NO authority. Federal Court of Appeals slapped down Brandon & OSHA. The Gestapos 4th Reich & their attempts to trample Americas Freedom & Constitution will not be tolerated. When these liberal clowns heads pop out of their asses, reality will slap them in the face.
