Rapper Ice-T Defends Americans Right to Own Guns against British Liberal

Rapper Ice-T is one of the most widely known rappers in the world. He helped popularize the movement of rap in the late 80s and early 90s, when the musical style truly took shape and influenced millions of people in the United States.

At the time, some saw rappers as offensive and crude, yet others saw it as a window into a different lifestyle and even an outlining of how someone of a different background is treated and perceived. Regardless of what someone things of the music style or of Ice-T himself, he is an American citizen and he is a stark supporter of the United States Constitution, including the Second Amendment.

Many celebrities, musicians and entertainers are stark liberals and are extremely anti-gun. However, many of these individuals have lived pomp lives with 20 foot walls around their multi-million dollar mansions which they protect with private security forces. They don’t know what it is to scrape by and to live in a less than desirable part of town.

Ice-T (who’s real name is Tracy Lauren Marrow) was born and lived in Los Angeles right when gang violence in the city was at an all-time high. Ice-T never joined a gang, despite it being prevalent in his neighborhood and even in the school he attended. He knows all too well what it is like to need some sort of protection.

He also learned about gun safety and the use of firearms during his four years in the United States Army. These are major reasons why he defends the rights of Americans to own guns. He did so recently in an interview with a British liberal. Make sure to watch the video to see what he says.
